TabletopMinifigsCatalog LLC (“TabletopMinifigsCatalog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit our website or use our iOS and Android applications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
When you use our services, we gather information in several ways:
Personal and Account Data
When you register, we collect your email address to be used as account credentials, should you want to add items to your personal inventory/catalog.
Device Information
We may collect technical data about the device you use—hardware model, operating system and version, screen resolution and color depth, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
EXIF Data
Smartphones often embed EXIF metadata—camera make, aperture, shutter speed, focal length, date/time, and location coordinates. Unless you disable or strip EXIF data before uploading, we may receive and store this metadata.
Usage Data
We may capture how you navigate and engage with our platform—features used, session duration, and other interaction metrics.
How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve TabletopMinifigsCatalog
- Authenticate and manage user accounts
- Enable photo uploads
- Analyze trends, monitor performance, and develop new functionality
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements
- Affiliated companies under common ownership, all of which are bound by this policy
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law or to protect our rights
- For the purposes of a Merger or Acquisition. If we were to sell or negotiate to sell our business to a buyer or possible buyer, we may transfer your information to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction.
Image Processing, Storage, and Usage
Uploading an image to our application is 100% optional. If you choose to upload an image, you will be granting us access to your camera and/or photo storage on your device. The purpose of this is to upload an image of the item you are cataloging. This image will not be shared with the public unless law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law ask for it or to protect our rights. By uploading a photograph, you are granting us permission to use that photo and any data/information it may contain. No biometric templates, faceprints, or persistent identifiers are created or retained. The uploaded image is used exclusively to help visually catalog the tabletop miniature that you manually entered into your personal collection.
Payment Information
We rely on a third-party payment processor to handle all credit and debit card transactions. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. All payment information is entered directly on the payment processor's secure platform and is subject to their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal requirements. If you delete your account or your subscription ends, we remove your data from active systems. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before final deletion.
Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards—encryption, access controls, and secure data centers—to protect your data. However, no security system is completely risk-free, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data via your account settings
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Withdraw your consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
